About Davinder
Welcome, My name is Davinder Toor and I am very passionate at what I do. My aggressive approach to real estate is just one of the things that separates me from other local agents. I have been able to sell homes in Calgary where other agents have failed.
My goal is to provide the best possible service to all of my clients. I have experience in selling distressed properties as well and have represented Banks such as TD Canada Trust, CIBC Banks, Scotia bank and Court of Queens properties.
Most of the properties I have sold at 95 to 100% of the asking price. I have also represented FSBO’s (For Sale by Owner) and was able to sell homes for more money then what my customers initially priced the property for. My ability to speak multi languages such as English, Punjabi, Hindi and Urdu separates me from other realtors in Calgary Punjabi and Indian Communities.
